Create User in OEM ?
STEP 1: Find target database.
Target > Databases
STEP 2:
We are creating user in pluggable database so select PDB.
STEP 3: Schema > Users > enter the sys user credentials and login
STEP 4: Click on create option to create user.
STEP 5: Enter all details like username, password tablespace name assign to user and click on ok
STEP 6: User created successfully. check
STEP -6: Login with testuser
