solution:

Clean below directory

C:\app
C:\Program Files\Oracle
C:\ProgramData\Oracle

Clean registry (if you are comfortable):

• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE
• Backup registry before making changes.

Try below steps

1. Press Win + R → type sysdm.cpl → Enter
2. Go to Advanced tab → Performance → Settings
3. Go to Advanced tab → Virtual memory → Change
4. Uncheck “Automatically manage…”
5. Select your C: drive
6. Choose Custom size:
   • Initial size: 4096
   • Maximum size: 8192
7. Click Set → OK → Reboot
