How to start Oracle Database step by step
In this post I have explained about startup of the oracle database.Following are the steps need to take care before starting database.
1. Make sure database software and db installed successfully.
2. Set up the environment variable. i.e $ORACLE_HOME and $ORALCE_SID.
3. run sqlpus / as sysdba
